Julia Tovedal
Julia is from Sweden and has lived most of her life in Stockholm. She has worked as a sommelier for 7 years (graduate of Restaurant Akademin Stockholm). For the past three years, Julia has run her own wine bar on the Swedish west coast. It's called Bar Glou Glou, and we both worked there together before moving to France.

Mathieu Turries
French photographer, originally from Languedoc. Mathieu lived in Sweden for more than 20 years. He is also the editor-in-chief of the magazine he founded 17 years ago: Nordic Surfers Magazine.
